In our Teens/Adults beginner class, we welcome adults of all levels to explore kung fu. Similar to our children's classes, we focus on flexibility, drills, and forms. Our tailored approach offers moderate workouts adaptable to individual abilities, allowing participants to learn foundational techniques and etiquette while forming friendships. Classes are organized by sash level, ensuring appropriate challenges and opportunities for all.
